Getting your gym onto Fitnessers takes one meeting. Most gym owners are surprised by how little is needed. Your facility can be live in under a week.
Required information
Here is the exact checklist of what we collect during our setup call to build your gym's profile:

Optional at launch
Women-only sessions, specific class types (boxing, yoga, CrossFit, etc.), off-peak discount pricing, and minimum member reliability score thresholds can all be configured after your gym goes live. None of these are required to launch.Gym rating & pricing tier
Before your gym goes live, a Fitnessers admin reviews your submission and assigns an internal quality rating. This determines the maximum token rate per session you can charge on the platform.
Here are the operational standards that define each tier, locking in the price ceilings available to your gym:

Rating criteria
The internal assessment evaluates the physical and operational realities of your facility across these areas:
Equipment — modernity & variety
Age and condition of machines, free weights range, cardio equipment variety, functional training area.
Shower & changing facilities
Presence, cleanliness, and condition of showers, lockers, and changing rooms.
Cleanliness
Overall hygiene of the gym floor, equipment, bathrooms, and common areas.
Staff presence & professionalism
Staff available during sessions, responsiveness, and professional conduct.
Space & layout
Floor area relative to declared capacity, ventilation, lighting, and general comfort.
Specialised areas
Dedicated zones for stretching, cardio, free weights, or specific disciplines (boxing ring, pool, etc.).
Parking & accessibility
Available parking, wheelchair access, proximity to public transport.
Operating hours
Range of available session times — early morning, evening, and weekend coverage.
Rating reviews
Your rating is not permanent. If you upgrade your facility — new equipment, renovated showers, added a specialised area — you can request a re-assessment at any time. Ratings are reviewed by the Fitnessers team, not by members.Onboarding timeline
From first conversation to first live booking, most gyms go live in under a week. Here is the operational schedule:
Setup meeting (30–45 min)
We walk through your schedule, agree on capacity, and collect everything in the list above. Done in person or by call — your choice — launching the configuration phase immediately.
We configure your gym (1–2 days)
Your sessions are created in the system and reviewed internally. We hand over a live preview of your gym's in-app listing so you can sign off on it before we route any traffic.
Admin rating assigned
A Fitnessers admin reviews your facility to assign a 1–3 star tier. This locks in your pricing model and opens the door for your final setup step.
Staff app installed
We send you a download link for the Fitnessers Staff app, running on any active tablet or phone at your front desk. Your staff are now fully equipped to confirm check-ins instantly.
Your gym goes live
Your slots become discoverable to the entire network in your city. The very first booking triggers an automated alert, and your empty capacity starts earning.
