Fitnessers is currently onboarding its first partner gyms in Sousse. Early partners help shape how the platform evolves and get direct access to the founder throughout the process. We are deliberately keeping the network selective to guarantee that early operators receive dedicated support.

What happens after you reach out
Onboarding is a collaborative partnership, not a sales pipeline:
Direct alignment with the founder
We schedule a short phone call or an in-person visit to your gym. No slides, no sales pitch — just a direct talk about your empty hours and facility parameters.
Platform walkthrough
We open the operator dashboard together. You will see exactly how sessions are configured, how check-ins are logged, and how payout statements are generated.
Configuration and scheduling
We collect your weekly schedule, photos of the main floor, and registration details to set up your profile properly. We do the database entry on our end.
Staff kickoff & go-live
We help your staff install the Staff app on their device and run a test scan. Once everyone is comfortable, your slots become bookable, and the very first check-in starts generating credits.

Who will I be talking to?
The founder. Not a sales team, not an account manager. The person who built the platform and can answer any technical, financial, or operational question directly.
Is there a cost to list my gym?
No. There is no listing fee and no monthly platform subscription for the gym. We take a platform fee as a percentage of confirmed check-in revenue only — agreed with you before you go live. We only make money when we actually bring you paying footfall.
Do I need to install anything?
No special hardware is required. The Staff app runs on any existing Android or iOS phone or tablet you already have at the front desk. Physical QR display stands are provided directly by us during setup.
Can I pause or remove my gym from the platform?
Yes. You can close individual sessions or request a full removal at any time. We respect your autonomy: if the platform isn't serving your business, you can pause or disconnect instantly.
How quickly can my gym go live?
Typically under a week. Once we align on your schedule, capacity, and photos, we configure your dashboard immediately so you can preview the setup before going live.
What if my schedule changes seasonally?
Let us know and we update your recurring session configuration. Changes apply to future dates cleanly — existing bookings are never retroactively disrupted, and updates are always free.
